I didn’t receive my purchase. What should I do?

If you made an in-app purchase but a game didn’t unlock or you didn’t receive in-game resources, check the confirmation of this purchase from your app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Market / Amazon) on your email.

If you have not received such an mail, then paying the transaction was failed. In this case, you need to contact your bank.

If you received a letter, please contact us by filling out this form. Include a name of the game and upload a screenshot of email with confirmation from your app store.
