If you made an in-app purchase but a game didn’t unlock or you didn’t receive in-game resources, check the confirmation of this purchase from your app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Market / Amazon) in your email.
If you have not received such a mail, then paying the transaction failed. In this case, you need to contact your bank.
