If application closes when you click on Gifts / Friends / Likes tab then you need to reinstall the game.
But before you start please find your in-game user-id and remember it.
If something will go wrong you can write to the support team with this user-id.

Reset your game with Facebook
If you have a Facebook account you can save-n-restore your progress with this method.
- Open game and login with Facebook (you need to do this if you haven’t done it before);
- Check that you successfully log in with Facebook. For example, you should see your avatar and nickname from your Facebook account;
- Find and write your in-game user-id;
- Exit from the application;
- Completely uninstall it from PC/Mac/mobile;
- Find the same game again in Windows Store / AppStore / Google Play Store and install it again;
- Launch game;
- Login again with the same Facebook account.
After a few seconds, your progress will be recovered and you should successfully open the Gifts / Friends / Likes tab.
Reset your game with support help
If you don’t have a Facebook account or you don’t want to use it then you can reinstall your game and ask the support team to recover your progress.
Please do the next steps:
- Open the game and find your current (1st) in-game user-id;
- Exit from the application;
- Completely uninstall it from PC/Mac/mobile;
- Find the same game again in Windows Store / AppStore / Google Play Store and install it again;
- Launch the game and find again your new (2nd) in-game user-id;
